SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT OF FEES

First payment: September: 30% of total per student per year.
Second payment: December: 45% of total per student per year.
Third payment: March: 25% of total per student per year.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Scholarship Committee is responsible for the administration of all forms of financial assistance for students. Those interested in getting financial aid should fill in an application form and submit it to the office before Aug. 31^st of the academic year for which aid is sought.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS

Under very special circumstances the school may consider granting deferred payments according to the following conditions:
1-The student should apply to the Committee of Deferred Payments.
2-Fill in an application form for deferred payments and submit it to the Treasurer's Office before registration.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

All students are covered by an accident insurance policy which takes care of all accidents occurring during school and bus hours. When a student is referred to an emergency room for treatment, the parents are notified as soon as possible.

WITHDRAWALS

In the event a student withdraws for justifiable reasons after his/her registration, the following refund schedule will be applied:
Before the official beginning of classes - 75% of tuition only.
During the 1^st and 2^nd week of classes - 50% of tuition only.
During the 3^rd and 4^th week of classes - 25% of tuition only.
